ROBIE® 1 CHERRY
This is a wall sconce designed for the living room of the Frederik Robie House (Chicago, 1908). The house is representative of the prairie house of Wright’s early architectural style that emerged in Chicago around 1900. The sphere glass globe appears to be floating inside of the wooden circle frames. ROBIE allows the space to recreate Wright‘s original design concept.

where all the parts were in harmony and integral to the structure and to the building’s very nature.
He was impressed by nature, and thought sunlight and moonlight
filtered through leaves and branches are most beautiful.
Inspired by natural and organic light, he designed the lamp, capturing the filtered glow of light.
